Reflection:
Over the course of my Junior year I worked on becoming a more effective teacher and being able to plan out and implement effective lessons. In my PED 255 (Effective Teaching Methods) class I created a packet that showcases my ability to write not only lesson plans, but also to plan out lesson that incorporate assessments, and evaluations. This packet also shows that I am able to teach through the physical, using information form others subjects and testing on the cognitive aspects. Creating this packet has truly changed my view as a physical educator. I now see the value and importance of using effective teaching methods to reach and teach your students. As a physical educator I will always strive to teach my students in the most effective manner incorporating as much learning into my lesson as possible.
