Reflection:
As a physical educator it is greatly important that we uphold the standards that we teach to our students. In order to do this effectively we need be physically competent and be constantly working on our health related fitness. Often times students may learn more from what we do than from what we say. If we are maintaining a level of health related fitness and are competent in many fitness skills, students will be motivated to do the same. The above fitness plan outlines the basics that are necessary to create a well-rounded workout program. It incorporates flexability, resistance training, as well as activities that increase cardiovascular endurance. Staying on a rigid workout or fitness plan, will most certainly help to achieve this level of health related fitness that we push our students to strive for.
